I spent the day cutting, seeding and stuffing jalapenos and 
poblano peppers. I was able to stuff 24 
jalapenos and 16 
poblanos - then wrapped 
them in bacon - and froze them. I believe I may have enough appetizers to last until New Years Eve. I remember bringing my 
dragon bites to my mom's Christmas Eve party, and everyone asking what they were. They were gone in a flash! My husband and I even eat the 
poblanos as a main dish for dinner. Just wonderful stuff!
