Today is my son's birthday! I think I'll make grilled chicken rubbed with a few of my fresh herbs (marjoram and tarragon) that I harvested on Sunday. I have some potatoes too. I'll just scrub some up, drizzle olive oil all over them, rub another herb mixture (rosemary and thyme) on them with
seasalt, wrap them individually in foil and cook them on the grill also. I'm sure that he'll enjoy that!
